Those are things that are usual for mid-cycle updates. So, expect things like new headlights, bumpers, taillights, wheels etc. When it comes to interior and equipment, we don’t expect bigger changes. The 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 should come with some new details, but overall design will remain pretty much the same. We will probably see the same trim levels. Those are WT, LT, LS, LTZ and High Country. Each of them should receive some new standard features. Also, some special editions are expected.

When it comes to powertrain, we don’t expect bigger changes. There should be three engines in offer. The base one is 4.3 liter V6, which has max output of 285 horsepower. There are also two V8 variants. First one is 5.3 liter engine, which is good for 355 horses. The other one has displacement of 6.2 liters and max power of 420 horses. When it comes to transmission, all engines will be paired with 8-speed automatic gearbox. This transmission was introduced two years ago.

We still don’t known exact date of launch, but 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 should come somewhere in the second half of next year. When it comes to price, we don’t expect bigger changes, which means that base model will go around 28.000 dollars.
